Abstract
Cardiac Troponin T (cTnT) is a protein with molecular weight of 39.7 kDa that is involved in the regulation mechanism of cardiac muscle contraction and exclusive infarction originates. CTnT measurement of human serum is superior in terms of sensitivity and specificity of the identification of heart muscle enzymes measurements of heart muscle damage [2, 3]. Elevated cardiac troponin is now accepted as standard biochemical marker for myocardial infarction. The article shows a rapid test immunochromatographic with the help of optopelectronic module for fluorescence using quantum dots (QDs) of cadmium telluride (CdTe), that binding molecules with cardiac troponin T [1, 4]. This method it uses to detect the acute myocardial infarction (AMI-DETECT) and it provides faster biomarkers detection with higher sensitivity and specificity. For quantitative determination through fluorescent of bio-surfaces we realized both bio-surfaces and apparatus of fluorescence and the article presents some practical results obtained from effectuated experiments [4].
