Abstract
Vibration does great harm to the reliability, safety and silence of diesel generator system. The mechanical characteristics and damping mechanism of silicone oil shock absorber are studied by establishing the equivalent fluid mechanics model of the inertia ring of silicone oil shock absorber in the shell. According to the established mathematical model of torsional vibration of diesel generator system, the inertia matrix, stiffness matrix, damping matrix and excitation moment vector are established by programming in MATLAB. The system matrix method is used to solve and analyze the natural frequency and response vibration characteristics of the diesel generator shaft system. To verify the correctness of the vibration calculation results of the diesel generator set system, the vibration test of the generator set system was carried out using the photoelectric coding and shafting vibration tester with independent intellectual property rights.
