Abstract
With the deepening of power market reform, short-term load prediction becomes more and more important in Electrical Power System (EPS). Combining the historical data of power load with the computer model, we can infer the value or peak value of power load in the future, which is of great significance for power companies to coordinate power allocation and solve the problems of energy and supply and demand. Short-term load prediction is an important part of EPS load prediction, and accurate power load prediction plays an important role in making power generation plans, ensuring production and domestic electricity consumption, controlling economic operation of power grid, and reducing rotating reserve capacity. In this paper, an integrated power data processing architecture is constructed, and a load prediction algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) and back propagation neural network (BPNN) and an abnormal data detection method based on improved spectral clustering are proposed. The experimental results show that the system has high load prediction accuracy and anomaly detection accuracy, and the operation efficiency is high.
