Abstract
This explains the techniques used by the Laser Branch, Laser Microwave Division, US Army Environmental Hygiene Agency, to evaluate non-laser optical sources. The present hazard criteria and spectroradiometric data reduction techniques are presented. The methods of radiometric measurement are not included.
