Abstract

this paper deals with the super fluorescence observed from the ³Σu - ³Σg transition in S₂ molecules pumped by a N₂ laser. Laser intensifies are scaled for various experimental conditions and an anaysis of results is proposed. From this, laser cross-section was estimated about 10^-12cm².
