Abstract
Large aperture CO2 laser amplifier electron gun produces an electron beam, which should be homogenous in the whole volume to ionize an active medium. - This paper presents experimental investigations how electrode distance, cathode surfaceuvoltage and capacity of supplayer infuance on electrical characteristic of electron gun and measuremant of the speed of cathode plasma.
