Abstract
Regularities of laser beam power redistribution with a change of the spatial position of the diffractive optical element (DOE) was determined, as well as changes the focal distance and the length of the focal line segment at the change of spatial position of the DOE. The performed theoretical and experimental researches allow realizing the laser beam generation with purposefully changing spatial power distribution. Measurement of the spatial intensity distribution in the laser spot was conducted with using a СО2 laser Hebar-1A. The use of DOE as components of optical systems allows changing the shape of the laser beam and the beam intensity distribution over time.
