Abstract
A new method of Stokes-correlational evaluation of polarization-inhomogeneous images of histological sections of optically anisotropic biological tissues of different morphological structure and physiological state was developed. An algorithm for the analytical description and experimental determination of the coordinate distributions of the magnitude of the modulus and the phase of the "two-point" parameters of the Stokes vector is determined. Within the framework of statistical analysis, the possibility of differential diagnosis of weak changes in the optical anisotropy of internal organs tissues of healthy and diabetic rats has been investigated.
