Abstract
Stable THz waves are obtained from the multimode-laser diode excited photoconductive antennas using a laser chaos. Because the many longitudinal modes oscillate simultaneously. This THz wave is suitable for the spectroscopy. Stable THz waves are obtained from the multimode-laser diode excited photoconductive antennas using a laser chaos.
