The high-precision optical imaging quality testing simulation device not only meets the vacuum thermal test conditions, but also adopts the mode of discrete vibration isolation and liquid nitrogen gas nitrogen parallel connection, which better meets the ground test requirements of optical load, improves the test and inspection ability of domestic optical remote sensor vacuum environment model equipment, and provides a new generation of building with larger aperture optical load environment simulation facilities effective theoretical basis and strong feasibility proof.
