Abstract
Suspended monorail transportation has gradually become a research hotspot of urban rail transit at present and in the future due to its low cost, short construction period, and small footprint. With the development of electronic technology and laser technology, non-contact methods have been used more and more to detect railway vehicle gauges, which has improved the efficiency and accuracy of detection. In this paper, a 350-degree laser scanner is installed on a suspended line for vehicle gauge detection, and the detection data are analyzed and processed to obtain the dynamic envelope result and the maximum offset. Then it is compared with the dynamic envelope of the dynamic simulation to verify the validity and accuracy of the test method.
