Abstract

The registration of crew dismissal and appointment refers to the record of dismissal and appointment of Chinese crew members when they disembark ships in ports, and the information is an important part of the crew’s service qualifications. It is related to the crew’s promotion examination and job promotion, but the dismissal and appointment registration is not perfect. On the basis of discussing the application of face recognition technology, proposes the application of face recognition technology to crew management, and designs the crew appointment and dismissal system. The main body of the system is the shipping company, crew and captain. It can effectively solve the problem of forging the service qualifications in the "Crew Service Book" in the registration of appointment and dismissal.
