Abstract
The sneaking path analysis technology is an important analysis tool to improve the reliability and safety of the system. It has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, vehicles, ships and other fields to analyze the reliability and safety of related systems. The liquid carrier rocket engine system involves multiple subsystems such as electrical systems and power systems, with complex pipelines and many control nodes. The risk of unexpected working conditions during design and operation which is high and easy to cause great harm to the system. In order to improve the reliability and safety of the engine system operation, the sneak path analysis technology is used to analyze the engine system by making a network tree or clue table. Finally, the potential paths that may exist in the system design and the potential timings that may occur during the operation are found out, and the improvement measures for the design and control of the operation are given to these hidden dangers and risks.
