Abstract
Because of the underwater lighting and some impurities in the water, the images taken under the water tend to become very blurry and the color is very dim, this paper uses the matlab R (red), G (green), B (blue) tricolor layer, its grayscale and grayscale value as histogram and with some algorithms to do the grayscale histogram of the equalization of the original blurred underwater image into a bright color image, and with the removal of noise filter to soften the image. to enhance the underwater image. And this paper through simulation experiments to prove that the image itself can be preserved and get good image enhancement results.
