The purpose of the study is to develop an algorithm for choosing the optimal combinations "consumer-manufacturercarrier" for use in the information-control system for the distribution of fuel pellets. To achieve this goal, a mathematical formulation of the problem of managing the process of biofuel distribution over a set of functioning states was formulated. The restrictions of the task are described, the fulfillment of which is mandatory for the system to be in a state of normal functioning. Criteria for synthesizing optimal and quasi-optimal control solutions are given. A system of production rules has been developed that ensures the formation of a variety of manufacturers and carriers capable of providing the consumer with biofuels with specified quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The scientific novelty lies in the developed algorithm for the synthesis of control solutions as applied to the distribution system of fuel pellets from producer to consumer.

This work presents the modeling of the functioning of the water-conducting belt of the "Cascade" family of sprinklers with standard values of pipe diameters and variable length of the machine. The flow rate values and pressure on the length of the water-conducting belt are calculated for two design options: with a sector end sprinkler and an end long-range sprinkler powered by a booster pump. By eliminating the length of the water-conducting belt for the considered two design options, the flow-pressure characteristic of the sprinkler was built. An example of the selection of a machine according to the flowpressure characteristic is given.

The description of an experimental automated system of semantic design of (machine-building) products is given. In general, the proposed process of product design is considered stepwise: 1) technical creativity, 2) compilation of expert descriptions of professional product subject areas, 3) automatic synthesis of structural and parametric product properties and, finally, 4) synthesis of product form. The article focuses on the implementation of the second and third stages. Screen forms with explanations of data entry are given. The second stage is performed by professional subject matter experts: designers, technologists, material scientists, strength and design specialists, etc. The corresponding ontological descriptions of the subject areas are compiled. It is assumed that this knowledge will be taken into account when synthesizing the structural and parametric properties of the designed products. The third stage of the technology is carried out by the engineer. His main task is to come up with a name for the product and match it with the main design concept. Additionally, he can adjust the data ranges entered in the ontologies. Such actions also increase the efficiency of the automated system, reducing the search space for permissible parametric properties of the product.

The time of widespread digitalization in Russia could not but affect small businesses, many developing companies use local networks for their work, but despite their active use, issues related to information security are often ignored. It is worth considering that the exchange of data in local networks often does not provide the basic principles of information security: confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. With this approach to information protection, leaks and data corruption can occur, which can seriously affect the development, status and reputation of the organization. Within the framework of this article, a cryptographic information security system will be developed for a local network, for a company that is engaged in the wholesale of medicines. This company has access to confidential data of customers and partners, information on supplies and purchases, as well as its own trade secrets - these are exactly the data that must be reliably protected so that the company can confidently stand on its feet and withstand competition in the market.

In the article, the object of research is the development of theoretical (software) tools and experimental methods for analyzing vibroacoustic signals emitted by the analyzed objects, based on the theory of regularization of incorrect singular models, the theory of analysis of Fourier spectra and the theory of pattern recognition. A method is proposed for separating the information signal from the field of external noise interference by measuring two-stage noise in the modes of clean air and dusty air. The technique was tested on a specially designed closed circulation stand for studying diagnostic signals of vibroacoustic emission. The received acoustic signal from the piezoceramic sensor, undergoing digital processing, is realized in the form of an integral Fourier transform in the frequency domain with obtaining spectrograms. Carrying out training experiments with clean air and various concentrations of dust monofractions will create a data bank and provide a partition of the feature space into classes using the methods of pattern recognition theory with the definition of dividing boundaries between classes. The proposed technique is aimed at isolating the information diagnostic signal against the background of non-stationary noise interference with an intensity of up to 50 dB. This should be done in two stages. In the first current operational stage, preliminary express diagnostics are performed using a sound level meter. In cases of a justified forecast about the deterioration of the state of the analyzed objects, i.e. increase in dust content, differential diagnostics is performed using spectrum-analyzing equipment according to the methods of the theory of pattern recognition on a computer. It is possible to recognize and diagnose the dustiness of the flow after a series of identifying experiments and their processing according to the algorithm. Therefore, the task of research is to prepare a theoretical base (software) and an experimental base for the second stage of diagnostics.

Antennas with actively tunable radiation patterns are advanced devices for providing distant communication, but the disadvantage of such antennas is the mechanical control of the position and reflectors characteristics. Sometimes, when it would be necessary to provide directional communication, it is necessary to install additional antennas, although the reflector feed would have the required characteristics. The simulation results show that the proposed antenna design allows controlling the characteristics of radiation patterns in a wide frequency range. Thus, in the mode of a transparent reflector, the radiation pattern of the irradiator is provided; in the presence of switching in the layers of the metamaterial, the formation of a narrowly directed beam of the radiation pattern of the mirror antenna is ensured. This design providing broadband communication with various characteristics of radiation patterns.

A two-fluid model of turbulence is verified in this article by the example of an axisymmetric incompressible jet. The study of an axisymmetric jet is conducted on the basis of a complete system of equations for the two-fluid model of turbulence, and a simplified system of equations according to the Prandtl boundary layer theory. To obtain a stationary solution of the complete system of equations for the two-fluid turbulence model, the relaxation method was used, i.e. a non-stationary system of equations was solved, the solution of which asymptotically approaches the stationary solution. In the numerical implementation in convective terms, the control volume approach was used, and the correction of velocity was performed according to the SIMPLEC methods. A simplified system of equations was reduced to a parabolic type by eliminating the longitudinal components in the viscous terms, and ignoring the effect of pressure. Therefore, for the numerical implementation of the simplified system of equations, an absolute stable implicit marching method was used. The obtained numerical results were compared with experimental data from the NASA database.

Recently, the management of municipal solid waste in developed countries is based on the principle of recycling and reuse of secondary resources Information technology is widely used in modern waste management technologies. The problem is the issue of recognition of the sorting object on the conveyor with waste. There are various robotic systems for the automated separation of sorting objects. The article describes the information system in the process of "recognition - capture - movement" of a sorting object on a common conveyor. A group of sensors is used to identify objects on the conveyor, while simultaneously fixing the coordinates of each identified object on the surface of the conveyor belt. Information about the coordinates and properties of each identified object is transmitted via a communication line to the control panel with manipulators, which capture individual identified objects and move their special containers.

An urgent task today is to study the fundamentals of the movement of robotic systems, in particular, the manipulators of movement. To study the movement of robotic manipulators, it is necessary to compose and solve a kinematic problem, which is a description of the position of specific points of the manipulator (as a rule, the end point - the gripper or the robot's tool) in space. It is also important to study the kinematics in motion, to determine the speeds and accelerations necessary for the optimal operation of the entire robotic complex. This article describes a similar task for the KUKA KR AGILUS robotic arm. For this, the working conditions of the robot were set. As a result, the coordinates of the position of the gripper of the robot and the equations of motion describing the rate of change in the positions of the links of the manipulator were obtained.

Suggestions on the application of an ontological approach to personnel management are provided. Notably, two criteria are used as an assessment of workforce capacity: on the one hand, it is a possibility of successful life cycle maintainability of products and services due to the skills of personnel performing all necessary labor actions, and on the other hand, personnel meeting qualifying requirements of the occupational standards. If the first is mainly aimed at performing the technological operations currently existing at the enterprise, then the second, based on the knowledge and skills of the staff, intended for the development of technology, improving the reliability and efficiency of products and services.Using the example of personnel providing the life processes of automation systems for technological processes of the main industrial pumping, the structure of the ontology is proposed, where besides activities of doing some or other of life-cycle phases, the occupational standard requirementsof personnel are included.Based on expert assessments regarding each of therequirements for either life cycling, or providing knowledge and skills, the solution of certain personnel management tasks is secured. On the basis of cluster evaluations, a career development system and a career broadening program are built, while on the basis of individual assessments, candidates pool for promotion and transfer to senior position is determined.

The current system of technical operation of electrical equipment is based on a system of scheduled preventive maintenance (SPM). This system ensures the prevention of electrical equipment failures in all possible ways. This entails high operating costs, in some cases lack of resources to carry out such a large amount of preventive measures, forced downtime of equipment. The proposed methodology for constructing schedules of maintenance will allow to some extent reduce some operating costs and streamline the organization of technical operation at facilities. The article discusses the issues of planning maintenance and repair of electrical equipment in an EAM class information system based on a riskbased strategy. A planning program is presented, which includes an algorithm for forming a schedule for maintenance and repair work, which allows us to implement a risk-based strategy at any agricultural enterprise.

The article proposes an approach to assessing the quality of test bases used for testing students, based on dimensionless criteria. These criteria reflect the time spent by the student on the answer and are presented in dimensionless form, allow to ensure the comparability of the test base scores under different testing conditions. As a result of the end-to-end assessment of dimensionless response times, a frequency diagram is constructed, according to which sets of responses with low, medium and high times are formed. A multitude of answers with a low time and the correct result determines the number and nomenclature of insufficiently complex questions in the test base. A lot of answers with a long time and an erroneous result determines the number and nomenclature of unnecessarily complex questions in the test base. The use of the proposed assessments makes it possible to purposefully update the test base with the indication of the numbers of the questions to be changed, the direction of the changes and the priority.

Nowadays it is quite a common practice for modern enterprises to adopt data mining in human resource management. HR management can make use of data mining technologies to efficiently monitor the employees performing specific functions. However, today there are no approaches to integrating big data analysis methods into HR management processes. We have identified the most vulnerable HR management process: the stable staff allocation by scope of the tasks depending on their professional preferences and professional skills parameters. We suggest a solution for this problem which involves applying data mining methods to build a stable human resource management model. The model is based on employees' competence characteristics needed for performing professional tasks, as well as on assessment of staff engagement and productivity level. The model features a system of work activities which is provided with a set of conditions required for their execution and the employees' competences. Testing of the model's operability and stability engages the algorithm for staff allocation to professional tasks. The algorithm is based on cluster analysis which is used to identify clusters with dominant indexes and free elements with implicit characteristics. The linear regression method is applied to measure the degree of interconnectedness between the staff engagement and competence indexes for modelling the prospective dependence of these parameters. This became the defining factor for assessing the stability of the model in conditions of external destabilizing impact. An experiment was conducted to prove that the model is able to redistribute the free elements in order to maintain the system stability even in case of the initial data sample change.

Due to the complexity of arranging logistic chains for long distances taking into account a large number of variables, it is necessary to apply methods for optimizing such processes. One of the solutions can be the formalization of such task in the form of a linear programming problem, for solving which a simplex method can be used. On the example of X5 group, the critical task of optimizing logistic supplies for chain stores for long distances is completed in this work as the linear programming problem with the help of MS EXCEL.

The article presents the results of a study of consumer behavior and customer value in the fresh flower retail market of the Kaliningrad region as the basis of a management decision support system based on the concept of customer-oriented management. A methodology for modeling customer value as a complex management object has been developed and presented, including: highlighting the main criteria for the consumer to choose a place to make a purchase, analyzing the interdependence of the purchase criteria and combining them based on the principal component method into independent factors reflecting the values of the consumer, building a segmentation algorithm market based on customer value using cluster analysis methods, assessing the significance of factors for individual market segments and combining them into a single customer value function. The results of the study can become the basis for the development of management decisions in the field of marketing.

The purpose of the study is to critically assess existing practices and develop recommendations for improving decisionmaking in the field of public procurement using professional software. The work used two Russian computer programs for market analysis and statistical methods (descriptive statistics, regression analysis, construction of trend equations) to process the information obtained in an automatic mode. As a result, it was found that using the software, it is possible to quickly assess the situation in a certain market segment by uploading information about the number of bidders, procurement dynamics, indicators of reducing the initial maximum contract price. In particular, it was found that the government procurement market for computer equipment is growing rapidly (as seen from the trend equation), but it is advisable for companies with a cost leadership strategy to participate. An analysis of the purchases of a particular organization was also carried out, it was shown that a large volume of purchases and an average level of competition, normal values of rejected and conflicting bids make it possible to make a decision on the expediency of participation. The paper demonstrates a positive economic effect associated with significant time savings for procurement specialists. At the same time, the existing software products still do not allow online receiving information about prospective purchases. In the future, it is advisable to introduce big data and predictive analytics into government procurement analysis in order to plan production and sales taking into account the needs of future customers.

The purpose of the study is the development of the GIS “Kuzbass” and its approbation for decision-making by public authorities. In the course of the study, a GIS was developed with a traditional architecture, but differing in taking into account a wide range of spatial objects, the use of neural network technologies and big data. Before approbation, the neural network was trained to recognize objects and situations requiring decision-making. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the use of the Kuzbass GIS made it possible to automatically identify 319 land plots that are intended for agriculture, but are illegally used for mining (about 0.6% of all areas included in the GIS). Management decisions were made on the imposition of sanctions and requirements to eliminate violations. Monitoring of forest areas revealed 4 cases of large logging without a permit, the damage to forest resources amounted to 150 million rubles (about 2 million US dollars). Also in the study, using GIS, an analysis of the legality of the construction of capital construction projects was carried out. 12,370 capital construction projects were identified that were built illegally and without paying taxes. Consequently, the use of GIS “Kuzbass” will help improve support for making management decisions at the level of the region and municipalities.
