Abstract
This paper constructs an extreme weather risk evaluation indicator system of different districts in Beijing from three dimensions: hazard, exposure, and vulnerability. On this basis, each indicator is quantified using the method of doublelayer indicators, and a risk evaluation is conducted considering extreme weather disasters, including extreme high temperature and extreme precipitation.
