Abstract
In this paper, we study the design of optimal furnace temperature curve for a kind of reflow furnace. First, a differential equation model describing the temperature variation of circuit board is established by using the differential element method. Then, according to the requirements of production process, the optimal furnace temperature curve model is constructed. Finally, discretization method and search algorithm are used to obtain the optimal furnace temperature curve.
