Abstract
The inspection of gas generators is dangerous. This paper identifies and analyzes the hazard sources in the gas generator inspection process, and puts forward the corresponding hazard source safety protection strategies on this basis. The hazards in the gas-steam launch power system inspection can be summarized as man-made hazards, the inherent hazards of the test object, and the hazards caused by the environment and other factors. The hazards of human factors can be protected by measures such as personnel training, strengthened supervision, dynamic management, and emergency response plans. The inherent hazards of the inspection object can be protected by measures such as safety status confirmation, equipment status confirmation, and the use of special tooling. The environment and other sources of hazards can be protected by measures such as improving the inspection environment, perfecting the environmental system, optimizing detection methods, strengthening personnel protection, and using advanced equipment.
