Abstract
The reform of transmission and distribution electricity price has a great impact on the investment management and benefit recovery mode of power grid enterprises. As the object of supervision, power grid enterprises pay more attention to investment benefits. Firstly, in the dynamic benefit evaluation of power grid investment, the index scores are determined according to the index measurement standards, and the weight of the evaluation index system is determined according to the combination of subject and object. Secondly, in the calculation of accurate distribution of power grid investment, the 0-1 planning method is mainly used to calculate the specific project, establish the objective function and constraints, and then use lingo software to apply the established model.
