Abstract
This vehicle controller adopts a design based on the XC2287 processor as the core, integrates multiple communication interfaces such as serial port, LVDS, CAN, etc., and can receive input signals from voltage/current/resistance sensors, analog/switch input signals, and has PWM output signal, analog/switch output, etc. This controller is rich in types and numerous ports, making it suitable for a variety of different types of application requirements, and realizes the functions of sensors, switches and other mechanical transmission devices in the on-board control system of construction machinery. The controller's software and hardware adopt anti-interference design, and the shell is sealed and cast aluminum, which can meet the reliable application of construction machinery under harsh conditions such as wide temperature range, high humidity, severe vibration, and complex electromagnetic environment.
