Abstract
Hydrogen energy, as the most important choice to replace fossil energy and achieve carbon neutrality, is deeply expected by the country and scholars. And to realize the large-scale use of hydrogen energy in the country, the first step is to produce hydrogen efficiently, cheaply, safely and sustainably. At present, many companies and enterprises have invested, experts and scholars have invested in the related research. In the process of researching the industrial production of hydrogen, our team found that hydrogen production equipment often breaks down, and because it consists of several parts combined, it is often time-consuming to repair and check, and requires a certain amount of money to be consumed. In order to solve this problem, we have designed a system for monitoring data and diagnosing equipment problems of methanol water hydrogen production equipment. It can monitor the operation of the equipment in real time and report the equipment failure in time, which will contribute to the intelligent and automatic hydrogen production.
