Abstract
With the development of big data and the rise of new infrastructure, the demand for telecom control boxes has increased significantly[1], while the current is still using manual means of installation, the degree of automation is low, and the detection of installation quality is not standardized.If mechanical automation technology is used to complete the partial mechanical automatic control of the telecommunications control box installation process, it will not only save labor costs, but also greatly improve the economic efficiency, free your hands and increase productivity[2] . Automatic installation equipment of telecom control box on wall is applied in the field of communication technology, and the following problems need to be solved. The automatic installation equipment has the functions of vehicle position movement, automatic alignment of wall installation position, group punching of wall, installation of expansion bolts, installation of telecom control box, installation of fixed sheet metal parts, etc. By analysis and calculation, after adopting the automation technology the speed of the original manual installation equipment can be increased from 2 pieces/hour to 5 pieces/hour.
