Abstract

This paper explains the necessity and urgency of lifting operation management. The problems and hidden dangers of the current small and medium manufacturing enterprises in the lifting operations are analyzed. A lifting operation management system solution based on the mobile Internet cloud platform was proposed, and the system development was initially completed from the perspective of management integration. The system makes full use of the new generation of information technology to empower small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and applies management integration innovation to lifting operations. It breaks production data barriers and accelerates the application of production changes. It is conducive to improving the production efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises and further guarantees the production safety of enterprises, becoming an important means to promote the sound development of enterprises.
