Abstract
In order to solve the problem of safe and efficient picking up of table tennis teaching and training in the post-epidemic era, a sterilization and disinfection rapid sorting table tennis device was designed. The device uses a new visual camera to capture and locate the table tennis ball on the ground and moves to the position of the military tennis ball under the action of a universal moving wheel. The military tennis ball is sucked into the storage tank of the device under the action of a pumping fan, disinfected by a UV disinfection lamp tube, and dedusted by vibration motor vibration, and then quickly collected, cleaned and disinfected by the device, so as to reduce the artificial labor force and improve the efficiency of cleaning and disinfection. The design was patented by the State Intellectual Property Office for utility model (patent number: ZL 20212 1990036.0), and the author refined the identification and positioning system and control system of the device, providing a necessary reference for the research and development and promotion of the device in the future.
