Abstract
At present, there are two problems in the filter rod storage and transportation system which product model are YF171 and YF172 widely used in tobacco enterprises. One of the problems is that limited curing capacity leads to limited time, which cannot meet the curing time of filter rods at least two hours and the other is that with the increase of filter rod brand, this method cannot meet the requirement of flexible connection of production management. This paper mainly introduces the efficient and stable filter rod storage and transportation system as well as advanced filter rod loading and unloading technology and equipment in Tobacco enterprises. The principle and characteristics of compartment tray used for filter rod loading and unloading, RFID technology and loading and unloading tray equipment are described which provides some reference for other tobacco factories to introduce this set of process and equipment.
