Abstract
Aiming at the failure problem of the silver plating layer of the waveguide falling off under the action of thermal stress during the vacuum thermal test of the spacecraft, and the problem that the amplitude consistency requirements of the radio frequency channel of the thermal test are not easy to achieve, the temperature control device filled with composite phase change material is proposed to control the temperature of the waveguide during the vacuum thermal test, and the counter-gravity direction and paragravity direction of this scheme and other two schemes (fins and aluminum blocks) of this scheme are simulated by Thermal Desktop software. According to the simulation results, the advantages, disadvantages and scope of application of each scheme are analyzed and summarized. The paragravity phase change device scheme is adopted for temperature control, and the peak temperature of the waveguide is reduced by nearly 20% compared with that without thermal control treatment.
