Abstract
Keyboard and LED driver is a very widely used integrated circuit. Taking the ZLG7290CS chip as an example, the structure and working principle of the keyboard and LED driver are analyzed, the timing and electrical characteristics of the keyboard and LED driver are studied, and the test method of the keyboard and LED driver based on J750Ex integrated circuit automatic test equipment is proposed.
