Abstract
The quality of distribution equipment is an important foundation to ensure the safe operation of distribution network and reliable supply of electricity. In order to strictly control the quality of distribution equipment entering and operating in the grid, this paper proposes a whole process quality control architecture system of distribution equipment based on the internet of things (IOT). The system is mainly composed of cloud control platform and IOT inspection equipment. The cloud control platform is designed with a service-oriented hierarchical architecture to establish a decision centre for the whole process of testing and quality control. The design of the IOT testing equipment adopts standardized hardware, operation software and test cases. Meanwhile, IOT and authentication encryption technology are utilized to realize information interaction with the cloud control platform for power distribution equipment. In order to perform practical validation and analysis of the proposed quality control system, the IOT control system is deployed and applied in the power grid enterprise. The results show that the system has achieved integrated supervision of the whole process of power distribution equipment, consistent sharing of quality inspection data among all links, linkage and control of nodes at all levels, and standardization and unification of evaluation criteria. Moreover, the quality of distribution equipment in operation has been improved, so the rate of fault outage caused by equipment quality defects has been reduced.
