Abstract

Recent years, the "Made in China 2025" strategy, the National "14th Five-Year Plan", the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Zhejiang Global Advanced Manufacturing Base", etc. have pointed out from the national and local levels to promote the digital transformation of China's manufacturing industry, build future factories, realize Intelligent Manufacturing Industry 4.0 to become a manufacturing power. [4] Based on this background, this paper expounds the implementation scheme of IoT Electronic "Intelligent Manufacturing" Factory based on MES technology combined with Flexible Lean Production Technology, Automatic Identification Technology, Automatic Testing and Assembly Technology, and Digital Information Technology through the intelligent manufacturing case of Hangzhou Zhiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. The solution organically integrates ERP system, MES system, PCS system, etc., and forms an intelligent manufacturing scheme that integrates data information flows such as decision-making, execution, control adjustment, etc., through which the overall production quality and manufacturing efficiency of electronic products are improved. Besides, the flexibility is increased and the manufacturing cycle is also significantly shortened. It provides a successful exploration of theory and practice for the implementation and promotion of multi-variety, small-batch electronic intelligent manufacturing based on MES system and IoT technology.
