Abstract
The accuracy and rapidity of substation equipment operation is the key to ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of the power system. In this paper, the preparation rules and inference mechanism of substation operation tickets are designed according to the characteristics of substation equipment. And on this basis, a substation operation ticket access control model is established using convolutional neural network. Finally, experiments are conducted using the operation ticket data of a regional substation. The results show that the operation ticket control system has high accuracy and fast convergence speed, and solves the problem of confusing access categories in the existing operation ticket system.
