Abstract
The software-hardware control system of the lidar complex of the small station for high-altitude atmospheric sensing (SSHAAS) of the V.E. Zuev Institute of Atmospheric Optics SB RAS developed during the modernization was described. The system controls the laser, collimator autofocus adjustment, alignment of the optical axes of the lidar receiving and transmitting systems, roof hatch through which the laser radiation is directed into the atmosphere, photodetector unit power supply, photon counter, and signal accumulation with subsequent processing.
