The frequent occurrence of geological disasters is an important geological and environmental problem in the southeastern region of Tibet. The source areas of geological disasters in this area are mostly located in high mountain and canyon areas, with severe vegetation coverage and limited human access. Traditional methods such as manual investigation are difficult to achieve early identification of geological and environmental problems characterized by high-level and hidden geological hazards in this area. Therefore, using multi-source comprehensive remote sensing technology to carry out comprehensive identification and investigation of geological hazard hazards in the southeastern region of Tibet, summarizing a set of comprehensive remote sensing identification technology methods suitable for high-altitude deep valley areas, and taking reasonable prevention and control measures are of great significance for solving geological environmental problems in this area. On the basis of analyzing the background of geological disasters, using InSAR technology to extract surface deformation information, combined with multi temporal high-resolution optical remote sensing images for comprehensive remote sensing geological hazard identification, has the advantages of efficiency and economy, and can accurately monitor the formation, occurrence, and development process of geological hazard hazards. For important slope zones, significant results have been achieved in identifying high-level and hidden disaster hazards and conducting detailed investigations using unmanned aerial vehicle LiDAR and three-dimensional oblique photogrammetry technology. At the same time, in response to the development characteristics of landslide geological hazards in this area, measures such as slope cutting and weight reduction, slope reduction and potential reduction, slope toe protection and reinforcement, slope surface interception and drainage waterproofing, combined with greening and monitoring measures, can be taken to eliminate landslide masses, ensure slope stability, and improve the local environment.

Carbon trading is an important means to achieve the peak and carbon neutrality in China. As a clean renewable energy, tidal plays an important role in the goal of "double carbon". This paper includes carbon trading into the factors affecting the cost of tidal energy, and explores the path to reduce the cost of tidal energy under the condition of carbon trading. Firstly, combined with the development status of domestic carbon trading market, this paper analyzes the necessity and importance of including carbon emission reduction into the cost analysis of tidal power. Secondly, the carbon trading income is considered into the the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) cost pricing model, and we will built CO₂-LCOE pricing model to measure the cost of tidal energy and make comparative analysis. The results show that in the condition of allowing carbon trading can reduce the cost of tidal energy to some extent, but the impact is small, mainly depending on the transaction number and the price of transactions in the current market. Through further research, it is found that the construction cost and operating cost are still important factors affecting the cost of tidal power generation, which account for a large proportion of the total cost, resulting in a smaller proportion of carbon trading revenue. China's dual-carbon policy is still in the initial stage of implementation, and various policies, systems and technical levels need to be improved, and there are problems such as low carbon trading price and less net electricity generation. With the reduce of carbon emissions, carbon trading prices will continue to rise, at the same time, the construction cost and operating costs of learning curve will move down, the benefits of the carbon exchange will improve its cost in the whole life cycle. Therefore, carbon trading and carbon emission reduction is still an important way to reduce the cost of tidal energy.

Guangdong is one of the most open-minded and economically active regional economic centers in mainland China, and significantly impacts the global economic landscape. In this paper, environmental factors have been integrated into the analytical framework of total factor productivity, SE-SBM-DDF model is constructed, and annual data of 21 cities in Guangdong from 2010 to 2019 are collected to estimate the city-annual efficiency value reflecting green total factor productivity (GTFP for short). It is found that shenzhen, Maoming, Shanwei and Chaozhou have the highest GTFP, among which Shenzhen has the highest GTFP. Jiangmen, Huizhou, Qingyuan and Shaoguan had the lowest GTFP, of which Shaoguan had the lowest. By regional analysis, GTFP is higher in East and west Guangdong, lowest in north Guangdong, and middle in Pearl River Delta. On the whole, the efficiency value and GTFP of Guangdong exhibited a decline from 2010 to 2015, and the change was stable from 2015 to 2019. The ML index reflecting the change of green TFP is further constructed, and it is found that among the 21 cities, Jieyang, Yangjiang, Zhaoqing, Shenzhen and Heyuan have the GML index of more than 1.0, and the GML index of Jieyang, Yangjiang, Zhaoqing and Heyuan is the highest, and their green TFP is increased, and the increase is the largest; On the other hand, the ML index of Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Dongguan, ShanTou and Meizhou is lower than 1.0 and lowest, and their GTFP is declining and dropping fastest. After further decomposition of the GML index, it is found that the change of GML index, that is, the change of GTFP, is mainly affected by the progress of technical efficiency in individual cities, while the change of GTFP is mainly driven by the progress of technology in different regions or Guangdong Province as a whole. The findings of this study carry significant implications for the high quality development of Guangdong and the construction of "green beautiful Guangdong".
