Abstract
The infrared camera based on an all-aluminum alloy structure is designed and analyzed. Considering the lightweight requirements and environmental adaptability, utilizing the advantages of thermal difference elimination of optical and mechanical components made of the same material, the optical and mechanical structure of the infrared camera is designed using aluminum alloy materials to ensure the stability of the optical system. The integrated design of the main mirror and the back plate of the main mirror, and the integrated design of the three rods of the secondary mirror and the front lens barrel are adopted to reduce the impact of alignment on the surface shape; The engineering analysis of the camera mode, gravity deformation, uniform temperature rise, forced displacement, and overload adaptability conditions shows that the infrared camera has good thermal and mechanical stability, and can meet the design index requirements.
