In recent years, the laying of urban underground cables has become more and more extensive, and the external breaking accidents of underground cables caused by construction have occurred frequently, seriously endangering the safety of power grids and people's property. How to apply the advantages of satellite and change detection technology to the transmission corridor patrol inspection with high efficiency, simplicity and practical needs needs further research. In this paper, the realization of remote sensing technology to quickly identify the signs of broken transmission lines in the transmission corridor is studied. The idea of combining pixel level and object level methods is adopted, and the difference principal component analysis method is used to compress and enhance the multi band image information, and the main change information along the cable is compressed into the third principal component; On the third principal component of the difference value, the OTSU adaptive method is used to complete the initial recognition of the external broken signs; Finally, combined with the object-oriented constraints to eliminate salt and pepper phenomenon, the final recognition results are obtained. Through comparative experiments and accuracy verification, the overall accuracy of the quick identification result of external force damage signs along the cable is 0.96, and the identified boundary range is consistent with the actual external damage sign area.
