Abstract
This paper studies the simulation design of the process control system based on MATLAB. By establishing the model of the process control system, the paper designs three simulation examples: a simple control system, a cascade control system, and a ratio control system. Then, through the simulation practice of selecting the optimization controller algorithm and optimizing the actuator characteristics, the feasibility of the design scheme is verified. The experimental results show that the MATLAB simulation system designed in this paper has certain practicality and feasibility in the optimization and validation of process control systems, and can provide reference and guidance for engineering practice.
