Abstract
If the vehicles are not accurately arranged, it will directly affect the outbound time of the goods in the three-dimensional warehouse and reduce the distribution efficiency. In order to improve the scheduling effect, a multi-AGV integrated scheduling method for the three-dimensional warehouse based on time window and Dijkstra algorithm is proposed. Classify the stored goods and establish the partition structure of the three-dimensional warehouse; According to the multi-AGV integrated equilibrium of the three-dimensional warehouse, the scheduling time window is optimized and the time window constraint function is designed. Dijkstra algorithm is applied, and the link utilization index is introduced to calculate the multi-AGV integrated scheduling path of the three-dimensional warehouse to complete the scheduling. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high scheduling accuracy and low transmission delay and waiting delay in multi-AGV integrated scheduling of three-dimensional warehouse.
