Abstract
The application of Hadamard transform spectroscopy to production control problems and quality assurance is now possible. Presently the visible and near infrared region of the spectrum are readily accessible for the measurements. Additional spectral regions will be used as better Hadamard masking switch technology progress in the '90s. The Hadamard optics can be applied to dispersive spectrometers, stationary interferometers, and commercial instrumentation for infrared and Raman studies.
