Abstract
A flexible laser-scalpel founded on hollow metallic waveguides have been developed. The laser-scalpel demonstrated high transmissi on on bends and twists. We have proposed a model of crater formation by continuous laser radiation, that allows to optimize the choice of the laser-scalpel focusing elements.
