Abstract
In this paper the lateral mobility of membrane components as well as the possibility of its measurement are discussed. The development of our own apparatus for fluorescence one-point microphotolysis is characterized. Also the results obtained in the course of determination of the lateral coefficient mobility for selected lipids and melittin are discussed.
