Abstract
Results of time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy decay kinetics measurements of hematoporphyrin (Hp) in liposomes are presented. The increase of average rotational correlation time with the increase of incubation time is an evidence of HP aggregation in lipid bilayer. Experiments were carried out with suspensions of monolayer liposomes from natural phosphatidyicholine (PC). The time-resolved polarized fluorescence spectroscopy with time-correlated single photon counting technique was used. The possibility of different types of aggregates formation in lipid bilayer is discussed.
