Abstract
This paper analyzes the factors which effect the fringe contrast of moiré patterns and discusses the anti-vibration mechanism for moiré interferometry. By using an electron-optical system, freezing, storing image method, and set a high speed image processing system, realized measuring of high sensitivity moiré in normal light environment under the condition of low frequency vibration (<50 p/s).
