Abstract

Modern laser physics, and more general, optical physics is arising now as a new, very important branch of natural sciences with self-sufficient techniques and relevant scope of research. It's methods and ideas have become of general importance for the whole physics as well as for other natural sciences, health services, environmental control, ecology, communications and technology.
