30 November 1992 Computing the PSVD of two 2 X 2 triangular matrices

Abstract
In tins paper, we propose a method for computing the SVD of a product of two 2 x 2 triangular matrices. We show that our method is numerically desirable in that all relevant residual elements will be numerically small.
