Abstract
Spectroscopic characteristics, type, and orientation of elementary oscillators for color centers with phonon-deficient lines at 0.93 and 1.077 micrometers were determined. Passive laser shutters with controllable initial transmission for erbium ((lambda) equals 0.85 micrometers ) and neodymium ((lambda) equals 1.064 micrometers ) lasers were developed and tested.
