Detection properties of warm carri er devices were studied for microwave, millimeter wave, CH3OH laser and CO2 laser radiation. The results show that the detection of CO2 laser radiation at low bias voltage is achieved by the nonlinear I-V characteristics as is the detection of the microwave.
