Abstract
We present experimental results of reflectivity versus temperature for monochromatic radiation on InSb crystals of different purity. The radiation source is an optically pumped FIR laser. The measures for an intrinsic sample allowed us to determine the intrinsic electron effective mass in agreement with results with classical magnetic methods.
