Abstract
The 300-370 GHz and 180 - 270 GHz single backshort waveguide SIS mixers are developed for the radioastronomie. The structure for the inductive tuning of the SIS junctions is optimised. Mixer model is in a good agreement with the experimental data. DSB receiver noise temperature is about 95 K in 330 - 340 GHz band and in 320 - 350 GHz band it is less than 120 K. In 190 - 245 GHz band receiver noise temperature is about 65 K.
