In the course of works over deiining the mm- and submm- frequencymeter, using Josephson junctions it was given a conclusion that the AC Josephson effect can be used for not only measuring a frequency but for measuring a spectrum distribution of intensity in a stream of the non-monochromatic radiation with the continuons spectrum. On this grounds it was offered a new method of the Spectroscopy using Hilbert transform as a mathimatic model for mm- and submm- radiation.
