Abstract

A new vacuum source of mm radio waves of middle power, namely, echelettron, open resonator of which consists of reflex arrays of type of echelette, providing the selection of autooscillation spectrum owing to strong angle dispersion, is described. Operating regimes and some characteristics of generator with three-beam electron flow are presented.
