Abstract

A low loss, wide bandwidth interconnect between two microstrip lines is presented. The in- terconnect uses a narrow rectangular slot in the common ground plane of two microstrip lines. Methods for increasing the bandwidth were investigated. Numerical method was used to analyze the structures.
